Due to expansion they are now looking for a High Calibre Parts Manager for their busy Hatfield branch.
About Our Client:
Our client is one of the UK’s leading motor dealer groups with a wealth of experience in retail motoring, and has built an enviable reputation for Customer Service.
About the Role:
- Responsible for identifying and selling parts profitably
- Helping to achieve or exceed the business plan for the Parts Department
- Ensuring you adhere to the systems and procedures as defined by the After Sales Manager and company policies
- Being responsible for staff, including man-management, motivation and staff training
About the Candidate:
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role within a Main Franchised Dealership
- Must have working knowledge and understanding of the Electronic Parts Catalogue, and a good understanding of Kerridge Software System
- You are an enthusiastic individual with excellent customer handling skills who thrives on a busy, pressurised environment
