Due to expansion they are now looking for a High Calibre Senior Service Advisor at their busy Cambridge branch
About Our Client:

About the Role:
- Responsible for maximising service sales and profitability
- Creating customer confidence by maintaining a positive professional relationship
- Ensuring you adhere to the systems and procedures as defined by the After Sales Manager and company policies
About the Candidate:
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role within a Main Franchised Dealership
- Knowledge of the Pinnacle Software system a distinct advantage
- You are a focused, results driven enthusiastic individual with excellent customer handling skills who thrives on a busy, pressurised environment
