Due to expansion they are now looking for a High Calibre Service Advisor for their busy High Wycombe branch

About the Role:
- Responsible for maximising service sales and profitability
- Creating customer confidence by maintaining a positive professional relationship
- Ensuring you adhere to the systems and procedures as defined by the Service Manager and company policies
About the Candidate:
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role within a Main Franchised Dealership, including extended customer warranties
- Knowledge of Main Franchised Software systems a distinct advantage
- You are a focused, results driven enthusiastic individual with excellent customer handling skills who thrives on a busy, pressurised environment
