No Placement No Fee

You wouldn’t pay for goods you didn’t receive, so why would you pay recruitment consultancy fees for an unfilled vacancy? Quite simply, if we can’t find the right candidate for your business, we don’t expect you to pay a penny.

Comprehensive Search and Selection

So much more than sifting through a pile of CV’s, our comprehensive search and selection service is driven by developing relationships with our candidates. By understanding our clients brief and our candidates needs, our consultants are able to expertly utilise the extensive Octopus database or enlist the help of our industry contacts to fill your vacancy with the very best candidate every time. Our clients are busy people, with little time or resource to waste browsing CV after CV and interviewing poor quality candidates. It is our policy not to put more than three candidates forward for a vacancy, unless our clients request otherwise. Committed to eliminating time wasters, if we only have one good candidate, then we will only put forward one good candidate. In the unlikely event that we can’t find a suitable candidate, we will be open and honest with you before resuming our search or looking for an alternative solution. Suitable candidates are made aware of the client company and have agreed to their CV being submitted.
